Start by browsing available contracting jobs on Aina Jobs. You can search by location, job type, or use filters to find jobs that match your skills. All jobs are posted by verified property owners, AOAOs, and property managers.

Click on any job to see full details including description, location, building information, and job type. You can view all job information without creating an account.
Register as a Contractor
When you find a job you're interested in, click "Register to Submit Bid" to create your free Aina Protocol account. Select your contractor role (plumber, electrician, painter, etc.) during signup.
Create Free AccountSubmit Your Bid
Once registered, you can submit bids on jobs that match your contractor role. Property owners and managers will review your bid and contact you if they're interested.
